 Solidarity for Palestinian Human Rights (SPHR) has launched its' first of a kind Facebook picture campaign!
We Call on all our members and those who are in support of justice to change their profile picture to the one displayed below, which reads "In Gaza, I would be a tarGet".
The aim of this campaign is to shed light on the ongoing Israeli war crimes its continuous human right violations againist the Palestinan helpless population in the Gaza Strip.
During the past 3 weeks, Israel has targeted the elderly, women and children, deliberately destroying homes, shelters, mosques, U.N. schools, hospitals and more...
United Nations officials providing humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip have called the rising civilian casualty toll "truly horrifying".
Today Sat. Jan. 17th 2009 According to medical sources in Gaza on Saturday, the death toll stands at 1,203 of whom 410 were children and at least 79 women.
More than 5,000 civilians, have been injured, including at least 1,709 children and at least 724 women.
If we were living in Gaza, we would ALL be targets.
