 Solidarity for Palestinian Human Rights would like to invite you to our annual cultural event on Saturday May 20th entitled “3awdet zarif el 6ool” (Return of Zarif). SPHR has worked on cultural charity nights since its founding back in 1999, in an effort to promote the Palestinian culture and identity.

- Tal Al-Zzatar dabkeh troupe performance.
- Al-Rayahen music band
- Palestinian Poetry by Abu-Khaled

SPHR Concordia Execs .About Tal Ezzatar troupe: The troupe is composed of dedicated and ambitious Concordia and McGill students, Palestinian and non-Palestinian, that have worked hard throughout the past academic year to present pieces of the rich Palestinian culture and produce a humble show dedicated to the ongoing struggle of the Palestinian people. Al-Nakba: Our event comes as a commemoration of Al-Nakba (Palestinian Catastrophe) the annual anniversary of remembrance in Which more than 60% of the Palestinian people were dispossessed from their lands and belongings and wait for their return ambitiously in miserable refugee camps until this date. Al-Nakba is the reminder of how the Palestinian people demonstrated solid attachment to their land and identity continuously and progressively.
